Used them for the purchase of our house.

Felt as though they were not responsive and the day of they told us some documents didn’t have the right details. Things that we had done months prior - so we had to scramble last minute.

Used Steve in March for a sale of a rental. Was good. Fast forward to October this year for refinance of rental. Something has come off the rails at this office. Almost his entire office has left. I'm still waiting on the trust ledger to find out what I paid or was charged, still nothing. The money held back from the sale in March still hasn't been received. Several emails sent asking. Doesn't respond to emails, e signature process was super aggravating. If your looking for someone to add stress to whatever your dealing with , he's your man!

Very Unprofessional. Does not return phone calls or emails. I had to hire another lawyer to deal with him. I felt it was necessary to file a formal complaint with the Law Society.
