What a shame that Access PEI and highway safety in this province are a joke. They are a bunch of old, grumpy, nasty, and rude people. The province needs to clean house and rehire more respectful personnel to serve the Islanders. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and it is almost always caused by some old, rude attendant who hates her job. I ponder... when did this wonderful province become a failure? At what point did we go wrong? How is it that nobody seems to overlook whom they hire. God bless the residents of PEI, and I hope you get treated better here than most of us have thus far.

Like people have said in the reviews, I don't want to be rude to the staff there or complain too much. Front desk personnel tend to be friendly.The only problem is that individual office staffs here forget they serving the taxpayers and they are not emperor. Do your job well, if you can't handle the intense work or stupid questions, there are 1000 other islanders waiting to take your place.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff at Highway safety. Both old ladies at highway safety desk are very unprofessional. Instead of asking in a rude manner, "what is your problem now", they should start with, "hello, how may I help you". If you do not love your job, just leave it. Access PEI staff is not sure about the rules. The guy had no idea what the rules are; he consulted with Highway Safety staff for 20 minutes and ended up making their own rule. What they suggested at the end is illegal. Staff need training on customer service as well as regulations. It is better to close this location and start from fresh.
