I have been trying to get a hold of one of the staff Ryan at ALS for over a year and still he wont call me back. I was in their art program and went out and bought art supplies for it and still waiting for them to pay me back. I have called the ED and she wont call back either. Since the old ED has left ALS has gone to shit and all the amazing staff have left.

I haven't heard from them in months and I can't get ahold of anyone. My cases changes hands every other week. Very unorganized. They have no clue what they're doing. What a joke!

For a housing matter at Landlord and Tenant Board, Audrey Huntley not only tried to make me feel the matter at hand was my fault although she was to defend me, but failed to prepare an adequate defense showing up on the day of the hearing only with papers about human rights and my disability and absolutely not at all prepared to fight my defense about the real issue. I informed Audry Huntly many times that Inhad evidence to prove my case, but it was never taken into consideration as she told me it was going to be mediated. I was shafted by her and her intern who was learning from her. As the day of the hearing she tried to act surprised that it was going to a hearing and not being mediated. Even tho we won because of her ill prepared defense Based on my disability, I was still looked at as if I was at fault and not the victim of harrassment and bullying. If you do decide to get representation aboriginal legal services ask to not be represented by Audry Huntley. She is only there for a paycheck. I am still dealing with the same issue today as she did not represent me properly by using only the bare minimum for my defense and not the actual truth. Even on the day of my hearing she was scrounging for evidence and blaming me for the job she was supposed to do and I have proof.
