Worst registry I have ever been too. If you plan on going there just know it's going to be a Long wait and your going to get some attitude. I'll be going to saint john from here on out. Seeing as I'll make the trip there and back and it will still be quicker.

Monique was amazing!! She was super friendly and very very helpful. We are new residents and needed to change everything over and get Medicare cards etc. While she was dealing with my husband she even let me run home and grab some ppwrk. The lady that first greeted us was super friendly and helpful as well. Amazing service! Well done Hampton ladies!!

always understaffed, many uneducated staff members as well. why are there 2 people dealing with a line of 20 people when the other 5 are sitting there chatting with each other or doing nothing. staff also talks negatively about customers after they leave in a tone loud enough that we can all hear. this place is pathetic, even for it being a government building. there are 2-3 staff members who are amazing however, it’s crushing that they are stuck with the miserable ones

We had a little wait before we were seen, but we managed to get everything we wanted taken care of.

Both reception and the person serving us were patient and thorough, and helpful as we had a lot of questions.

The building is newish, and clean and in general we were happy with our experience.

We recommend this location.

All we came to do was get a paper copy of my brother's driver license as he had misplaced his. It took 58 minutes, watching those who arrived later be served first. Slow, even by government standards and by DMV standards. Go to Saint John, slightly faster.
During their busiest times and days, they have 2 staff on ready to assist with every reason someone comes to a service NB. Property tax, fines, car registration.
