If you are not neurotypical, have a head injury or need any other accomodation they will become hostile.

They may offer "life skills" programs but if you are struggling in public/their space they will call you a distraction to others and say the space is not for you.

It's sad how unable to accomodate the disabled they are, as I'm sure high functioning people that can fit the rigorous standards they demand of clients - probably arent in need of their services anyway.

I'd give negative stars if I could.

Employment solutions is garbage they will ingore you for a little question asked and when you call them out on it just for the ingoreing part they will tell you your rude. When all I was trying to get was an answer. They say they send you postings when. I only got two of them in the past almost month. Not happy this happened three years ago as well with another person Sam and Megan I don't Recommend them one bit.

I signed up with CES in Woodstock back in 2020 and I had a wonderful experience and ended up with a good job. When it was time to seek more help in 2022 my original counsellor had left this organization and to my extreme disappointment it is not even close to what it once was … lack of communication. Lack of direction. Lack of all around help . It is very very unhelpful now !!!!

I'm sure things were better pre-covid, but they are extremely helpful and easy to get in contact with. They have much to offer when it comes to discussing ideas and making a plan of action. I love that the workers are so friendly and give you simple ways to keep in contact with them (ie. Text, email, calls).
