Harmony Hill has been a tremendous source of comfort for our family over many years. My parents moved in to Harmony in their 70's and had many wonderful years taking full advantage of the facility including pool and exercise room, the underground parking and the friendships developed. Based on the experience, my Uncle has now chosen Harmony Hill as his new residence. The meals, the activities, the bistro, the support team and the people. All at a reasonable and competitive price point! Having been associated with Harmony Hill for more than 10 years, I would highly recommend the facility to anyone!

My dad originally went in on a trial basis and agreed to trying it for a month before making a decision. After the month, he joked and says how can you not be happy when someone does your cooking, cleaning and you never have to be alone if you don't want to be. It's always hard to give up your house and move somewhere where you don't know anyone. We are very pleased with the friendly environment and how everyone calls him by name. I would recommend sending your loved one here.

I started researching retirement homes right here on Harmony Hill’s Google Reviews, and I kept coming back to them. I hope this helps with your research process 🙂 It’s been close to a year since we chose Harmony Hill, it would have been sooner, but my husband is not keen on change. From the moment we arrived with our daughter and son for a tour with Nancy we felt welcome. It was an easy decision, and we were ready to move. We love our 2-bedroom suite in the Orchard with its fantastic view. The staff really are wonderful; they go above and beyond with everything they do, and the residents are so friendly and willing to talk – they want to get to know you. We know it’s home when our daughter and granddaughter come for a visit and ask to have lunch in The Bistro, go for a swim in the pool, or find themselves talking with other residents who are now our new friends. It was a good decision!

Harmony Hill is an amazing and dynamic community. It provides residents with a sense of community and a home-like environment. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is always pleasant and welcoming. Residents can enjoy being active and social and the wellness team provides excellent care and support. It is certainly a place I would recommend for seniors who are looking for a place to call home!

In November 2024, my mom moved from the Forest area of Harmony Hill, which is their independent living apartments to the Orchard which is the assisted living suites. As soon as my mom had made the decision to move, we contacted Janine who is the Sales & Marketing Manager of Harmony Hill. We had a meeting with her and she explained everything to us and took us on tour of the units in the Orchard. Janine was so accommodating to my mom, myself and my siblings. She graciously allowed us to see the unit that my mom decided to take numerous times to measure and re see the space. She also answered any questions that we had and encouraged us to contact her if we needed help in any way. We have had a positive experience from beginning to end of this move.
If you or your family member are considering a move into this building, I highly recommend it.

Our mom recently moved into Harmony Hills at the age of 91 … having left her lake front property in cottage country. The staff has been fabulous assisting her … understanding the enormity of this life changing move. The other residents have been very welcoming to mom as well. Her Independent Living apartment is a very modernized unit that provides everything you’d need at her stage in life. The broad selection of daily organized activities is great, and is a good opportunity to meet new people. At mom’s stage in life we feel fortunate that we’ve chosen Harmony Hills.

One can only find positivity at Harmony Hill, and in the few weeks I have resided here!
Starting with Tammy and to all the other staff members that are employed here, whenever required, always receiving prompt, courteous, and caring service!
The cleanliness and brightness of each of the floors, hallways, and elevators exceptional. The security access to all the buildings, including apartment wise choice! The availability of parking for guests, waste disposal, quality, appearance, and maintenance of the grounds very good!
Actual apartment itself, all positive, from the cleanliness, quality of appliances, independent control of air-conditioning and heating as winter approaches!
Several friends have visited the building, seeing the many amenities offered, and my apartment itself pleasantly surprised!
The accessibility of the swimming pool, exceptional changing rooms, the quality and maintenance of the water perfect!
I have no doubt in my mind, from visiting several other retirement centres, this is by far my best choice, in fact this place I can now call my home!
