Best warranty service I've experienced from any company in a very long time. I'm lucky enough to live just outside of Kitchener so I took my bow into the shop for a warranty repair (new limb) and Tim had me all fixed up and on my way within 20 minutes. Friendly, no hassle, no silly hoops to jump through. Warranty/customer service just doesn't get any better than this.

Not a store, but the factory itself. I'm a big fan of Excalibur crossbows but preference aside, I have been here twice for service and both times I left with repairs made and my crossbow ready to go in under 30 min. Fantastic company, we're so lucky to have them here in Kitchener.

Love them, even after they were purchased by the worst bow manufacturer to ever exist...bowtech...Excalibur is still producing phenomenal bows..I sold my mag340 to upgrade to the new Wolverine..its put meat in my freezer, it's dealdy accurate, the trigger is way better than my old model...nothing but good things to say.

I've never experienced such polite and responsive customer service. The folks in the office were very welcoming.
Mike is a helpful, knowledgeable and kind man. He had my bow repaired in under 15 minutes. Answering all my questions and returning my call in no time at all.
Im a life time Excalibur customer and will never buy anything else.

Great lifetime warranty coverage and prompt service , I had a problem with a limb on my mag 340 , I spoke to Peter on Tues., I went to their shop in Kitchener on Fri.and dealt with Mike , he put New limbs on my bow , provided a New draw string and I was out the door and on the road in 25 minutes. Thank you for service.

I have nothing but great things to say about Excalibur customer service. I dealt with them once about 2 years ago for my crank cocker and they got me fixed up right away. Last night I noticed an issue with my new bow scope, I expected I would have to buy another but gave them a call. The staff member, Mike, was amazing! He helped me create an RMA to send mine in and get a new one ASAP. He even offered to exchange the scope on my bow in person if I was in the area.

Keep in mind, I was never asked the date of purchase, receipt, serial number, etc. the fact that they honour a lifetime warranty (unlike every other product out there) is awesome. I’ll be an Excalibur customer for life. Thanks guys!

My 20 year old Equinox is still going strong. Love the reliability and simplicity of these bows. Field maintenance is a breeze. Quick string change with a few ounces of equipment (just a spare string and the stringing tool) zero rigging and good to go. Very durable. If I buy another crossbow, there's no debate. Excalibur is the choice.
