I Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for court services. This place is a joke, Supposedly I was expected to receive my document after a week from speaking to Adam and still till this day we haven't received anything and it's been since February 8th. Adam was so quick to ask for a review and I'm giving him what he asked for now ?

Stamped helped me serve a defiant avoidant person on short notice - the same day! I was so nervous and called with a million questions but they answered them all, and got the job done for me. They also prepared and commissioned an affidavit of service for my records and this will be so necessary for my ongoing moves in the family court system. Unprofessional. Been two months since service was attempted and haven’t received the affidavit of attempted service despite being promised time and time again that they will send it out. Adam and Samantha are slow to respond after payment for the service and the cost for registered mail was submitted and now they have stopped replying to emails and answering calls altogether! Shame that Adam chooses to conduct business this way.

Adam at Stamped Process Servers is absolutely the WORST process server we have ever dealt with!!!

My husband and I also own a Process Serving company in another city in Ontario.

In 2017 Adam contacted us to complete a court filing at one of the courts in our city. We accepted his request to do so with no question. Along with filing the documents at court there was a disbursement charge from the court of $157.00 that we had to pay out of our own pocket. No problem! We paid it up front, doing Adam a favour to have his paperwork filed and paid for so it did not get rejected. So our total bill for Adam was $202.77.

It is now 2022 and he has still NOT paid for our services.
We have hounded him to pay his bill for the last 5 years through emails and phone calls. He hasn't responded to any one of my 15 emails regarding this matter. I have probably spoken to him over the phone a hand full of times over the five years as well. Every time he pretends he has no idea what I'm talking about, telling me that he has to go find the invoice in his "archives". Not ONCE has he ever gotten back to me about this!!

He is a liar and a thief!!

I hope all the stress and headaches he has put onto others in the past regarding legal processes comes back to bite him in the arse one day!
