Have been going here for a few years now
Because if the attention paid to sterility and cleanliness
I’ve always been extremely pleased with my services
For almost a year now my esthetician has been Claire and she is meticulous and does a wonderful job
Her facials are spectacular and bonus so is her personality
Worth the extra money going to this spa

She also did a kiddo mani pedi on my 4 year old granddaughter and she was so good to her
Book today you’ll wonder why you didn’t before !!!!

Received an amazing pedicure from Claire. She was friendly and gentle and did a fantastic job on my winter worn toes. My only comment would be the spa would benefit from having a wider range of nail polish colours.

I've had many services at Desimone including pedicures, manicures, facials and lash services. Unfortunately, the experience always leaves something to be desired. When I've had polish on my hands or toes it is always messy and smudged. My most recent service was a lash lift and tint that left me very disappointed. My lashes were not evenly tinted (ends are still blonde) and the lift portion did not curl my lashes at all. I do like how clean the facility is and how friendly some staff are (some are not). I'm not sure if I will go back.

Been going to the spa since 2012, when they were located at the other spot. Recently has some old Gift cards, however they would not honor them. I will miss the friendly staff.

Received a classic pedicure as a gift. The technician was new. My nails were cut way to short it hurts the day after. Foot buffing was done great. I was told to wait 15-20 minutes for my nails to dry after she applied the top layer drying drops. It was known I was wearing running shoes. After 25 minutes I left after looking around at the shoe store. When I got home and removed my socks and shoes I noticed my polish was completely ruined. When I called back the girl who answered offered no apology and was not able to have me come back the same day to have it fixed. She was also very hesitant and reluctantly agreed when I tried confirming that getting the polish redone would be free of charge. She also said that the nail polish has a 45 minute drying time if wearing shoes right after and that they are “working” on getting dryers
 I originally scheduled an appointment for 2 days later and then cancelled as I will not be going back ever again. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had and the most expensive one $80!

I went to this place because I was tired of my tired feet. I've been here before 2 years ago to buy some blundstones.The service this time was top notch. . The lady (please forgive me I forget her name)was so knowledgeable and friendly. I've never experienced service like this ever in my life when buying shoes.I will be shopping here more as thier selections are amazing .👍👍

Fantastic staff. Priority on foot and hand health. Clean facility, beverages are a great touch. Luxury pedicure and poly gel nails are excellent quality. Price is extremely fair for the service.

Excellent pain free pedicure compared to other places I've been to. Beautiful clean hygienic environment. Everything is explained to you and all instruments are medically sterilized. I would not hesitate to recommend it!!

But I feel I must because of the consistently excellent service I receive
Each and every time from Claire
Her facials are to die for im addicted
Mani Pedis meticulously done
You can tell she is passionate about what she does
Everyone is very pleasant and the cleanliness and sterility is superb
I won’t go any where else
You must try you’ll be glad you did
