Mitch was amazing!!!! He found a solution to my issue installing a hitch onto my Hyundai! I traveled from Vancouver across the country, and no one else was able to offer any help. He did an amazing job! I would recommend this shop to everyone and anyone in need of a mechanic! The lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful too! It was a pleasure doing business there!

Had my new truck sprayed and shortly after had it up on a hoist to have a snowplow mount installed. The 2 workers & myself noticed there was very little if any oil sprayed. It took it elsewhere and had it done properly.

This review is for Rust Check International in general. I have had many vehicles sprayed over many years in different cities. I have been happy with the results until last year when I tried to get my 2009 Venza repaired because of rust behind both front mud flaps. Of course they said it was surface rust so I sent them video from the net showing them difference between surface and rust from behind. They should know this. Then they tried to blame it on my mud flaps chafing the paint and the rust spreading from there. I took off mud flap and showered them that there was no rust there. It went back and forth for 4 months. They offered to buy me out for $1000 when I showed them repair bills for over $2000. I declined and then they said they would repair as a goodwill gesture and gave me name of body shop. I finally got it repaired in January but had to fight for the body shop so they would get paid. It took almost a month. I then asked for some paper work for my records and all my efforts were turned down. I’m not sure what they are trying to hide but I feel this should have been resolved quicker. It seems like they are trying to get away with the cheapest offer instead of honouring the warranty. You have to fight long and hard for them to get them to honour warranty.

I brought my 2004 F150 in to get oil sprayed yesterday. I made an appointment over the phone, it was fairly busy when I got there. The lady working at the desk was very nice and friendly to everyone. I was told it would be an hour and 15 minutes... it took an extra 15 minutes but I was VERY happy with the results. My truck is lifted 6 inches so i could also see that being a factor. I didn't expect them to clean my entire truck since I was only getting an oil spray, but they cleaned it from top to bottom. It was actually my first time seeing the truck clean since I bought it 3 months ago so I really appreciated it. I also appreciate that they parked it the farthest away from everyone else's and backed it in (I don't like my vehicles around others in the winter). I can tell they took good care of her for that hour and a half. GREAT customer service.. I would definitely go back. Next year I'll be getting the paint protection as well as the oil spray. Thanks so much 🙂

I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with Mitch and rust check, when I got my backrack installed on my 08’ Ram they were quick and efficient, when I bought the backrack for my 15’ Ram they again were quick and efficient and price was good both times. I then needed Reese hitch put on my 15’ Ram price was better then anywhere else I had looked and Mitch and the employees there once again quick, polite and efficient and now I bought my 2020 Chevy had them put a backrack on and the mounts to make it possible to keep my tunnel cover and the price was lower then anywhere I looked and Mitch had his guys put it on once again very efficient so I then order my bull bar with a built in LED light bar good price and Mitch had it installed in no time was and is always a great experience I recommend 100%

One star is even to much evertimevi deal with them I want to tear my hair out. There rust protection is very poor quality and service. They missed half my vehicle when I brought it for an undercoating. Then we brought it back for them to do it properly they did the same thing. The employees do not seem to care either they just say it's bad service oh well. I also had ordered an aftermarket part off them and after taking a ridiculous amount of time get it in they lost half of what I ordered. Then the best part is after loosing half my order they took three times as long to get a replacement for it. So if you like bad service the longest wait times for simple things this is the place for you
