John went above and beyond our expectations yesterday. We found his report very helpful. He lets you know not only the issues with a home, but also the positives to give you a good feeling about why you should purchase the house. I was quite skeptical after my first and only home inspection 8 years ago from another company and we couldn't have been happier with John! He is very detailed, especially with all of the photos and descriptions of what he sees both good and bad in the photos. The report was very easy to understand. We received a 100 page report filled with both photos and detailed notes, and had no questions afterwards. I truly appreciate everything he did for us and I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know. You can tell he really cares about his job and his customers.

As first time homebuyers with a young family it was important for us to know what kind of house we were getting. John’s thorough inspection and detailed report gave us a clear picture of what we were getting ourselves into and the confidence needed to proceed with the purchase. Not only did he identify the issues and safety concerns about the house but he also offered smart, easy to understand solutions to fix those issues with photos and diagrams. He also identified many positive things about the house such as major repairs and expensive renovations that had been done to add value to the home and save us money in the near future.
