I have dealt with John for three transactions and each time it was a very positive experience. John is professional, dedicated and very thorough. He is prompt and either him or his assistant (Erica) will respond to queries. He was able to resolve an issue regarding my new home purchase that only came to my attention a few days before closing.

I have used John's services twice over the past few years. The first time was a simple real estate transaction which was very standard so no issues. About 4 years later I needed to sell my property so I called him again. Found him to be quite different in his approach, he had new people in the office and his partner was no longer there. This time we did a buy and sale transaction and he completely screwed it up. Not a hard transaction to complete considering this is what he does for a living. Then I found him very cavalier about the whole thing and he acted very unprofessional. I was getting the feeling that he didn't really want to do his job anymore and it was a hassle for him to do these transactions everyday. In the end he completely buggered up the deal and lost me money in the process. No apologies and didn't seem to care. I tried to get him to rectify his mistakes but he was completely difficult to deal with and even called my wife and yelled at her! I cannot in good conscience recommend John to anyone. I think his time is over in this business.

I agree with the other posters' comments. I went to the office to get some documents notarized that needed to be done fairly quickly. I was happy to get a same-day appointment, I had called other offices in the area but there was red tape at each place and when I went to this office, I was surprised to be greeted by the lawyer himself in their little foyer. Mr. Tucciarone put me at ease instantly, and was easy to explain what I needed; he did due diligence to make sure my ID was correct but was not at all off-putting, I was glad to see that he paid attention to those quality controls. He was kind, efficient, and someone I have gone back to again to notarized documents and will continue to do so. I am so pleased to have a lawyer with a kind competent disposition so close by in Ajax, someone who seems to truly want to resolve your legal issues with as little fuss as possible and whose fees were very reasonable.
