Shelley is simply a magical being, her energy is like nothing I've ever experienced before! Her children's yoga classes are a HIT with my young girls, and her Meditation & Sound Bath evenings are a must try. She was so welcoming to us newbies, when we tried the sound bath for the first time!!! Highly recommend any of the services offered by Transitions, as I'm sure she is excellent at all of them. Shelley is such a powerful healer. My experience receiving reiki from her was so unique to other experiences. She picked up on some really interesting and personal things, and gave me some really helpful perspectives.

Only drawback was the wait to get in. Make sure you book ahead!
