He may be a fantastic lawyer, but his secretary leaves much to be desired. I totally understand she has a job to do, but she refused to answer basic questions such as is this law firm able to assist me. The only offer was to make an appointment to discuss it with the lawyer. 2 other lawyers secretaries offered to call me back to let me know if it was something they handled ot not. I explained that I needed to book time off work and if they could not handle my situation why book an appointment. I even apologized if she felt I was being difficult and that I needed help. I quote she said " this is not the way to get help" I fully admit I got upset and asked for the appointment to be cancelled that under the circumstances she was being less than helpful and she said she was hanging up on me. Again the lawyer may very well be amazing but the secretary was less than helpful. I just needed to know it this firm was able handle my situation
