I hate to have to come to this , but my experience is not as good as some I have read. I have had my taxes with Tim for a year and I still don’t have them done yet. I call and call and call and for 8 months no reply I went in for apt and things were looking good and then again months and months have passed by and no reply after call after call. I called four weeks ago and he called me and said give him two weeks. I did I even gave him an extra week then I called again and was told by his secretary to give him one more week and he will get to yours I was told. Waited another week, Called yesterday was told he would get my message, again no reply so I called today and again was told he was given my message. I am a person who deserves some kind of response. I feel like I’m not important to even get a call back. So I am done being the nice person and thought I would share my storey as I am still sitting here waiting for a reply back.

Tim makes you feel like part of the family! He takes care of you. My taxes can be a little complicated but Tim impressed me because he knew the answers right away without saying he needed some time to dig into things more. He also showed me how a small investment in my RRSP’s would make a huge difference. I highly recommend Tim and his wonderful office staff! 😊
