Josh and Kenny at Integra Tire sure saved us today just before closing. With no spare, they come and got our ruined tire and came back with a new one and had us on the road within 30mins from the time we called. Fast, friendly service, would recommend them all day long. Thanks guy's!!

I like to call out good service when I get it. Well Point S Mayerthorpe provided GREAT service.

On a Friday evening I was close to Blue Ridge and blew a tire (completely shredded) on my tandem axel horse trailer. One of my lug nuts was slightly stripped and I could not change the tire. I hobbled down the HWY on the shoulder and made my way to Mayerthorpe, and stumbled across Point S, which was still open.

I explained my situation and said I needed to somehow get the lug off, whether off properly, or cut or any other measure.

Kelly, came outside and looked at the situation, gave me a realistic assessment of the actions that could be taken and the potential consequences of each action (i.e. the stud breaking etc.). He then gave me a a very direct and realistic explanation of what each of those potential issues would result in and what my options would be at that point.

Given all the information, we went with Kelly attempting to break the nut free with an impact driver (as our first option). This worked.

I said I could change the tire myself, and asked about the fee for the service they provided. No fee was charged, I was offered additional assistance if I needed with the other lugs, as well as offered the use of a jack if I needed. A few minutes later another worker came out to check on me to see how I was doing, make sure everything worked out, and that I did not need additional assistance.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and refreshingly direct about options and risks.

This service allowed me to get home two hours later, with my trailer, as opposed to having to leave my trailer, or limping home for the next 4+ hours.

I have to say I would recommend anyone needing exceptional service should check this place out, and although I don't live nearby, I do drive by enough that I will consider getting trailer services done there in the future.

Thank you Point S for exceeding the expectations I had of finding a solution to my problem that night, let alone exceeding my expectation for the level of service.

Had a flat tire just outside of town... with a flat spare tire as well (maybe I'll start checking my spare more often...lol). The good folks at Integra tire promptly sent out a truck, got me back to the shop and on the road again in a very short time. The young bearded gentleman was professional and did great work. Would highly recommend them. Thank you guys!!!

Great Service! I am always able to call or show up without notice and they assist me in a friendly, professional matter, I can inquire about tire service and they always come through with help or follow up with me, if they do not hear back from me after a few days. I am thankful for a tire shop that does not base their work ethic off profits, but more so with the best customer service they can give. Best care I have ever received from a tire shop.
