April 18th, received a Registered Letter from this group, which is really victimizing me again. It appears this Law firm has no consideration of how in FEAR, I am of their client, due to their violence. Their clients action resulted in a criminal charge against said person. Who and why would someone use a Law FIrm that on the surface enjoys re-victimizing, people. It's the action of their client which a court has allowed to proceed has put us here.
April 30th, With their client admitting violence against me. Police laying a criminal charge. This group now takes the position that they as Lawyers, are of a better god. Even calling an employer to verify a letter submitted. They could not even be professional enough to wait until a trial. Employer verified said letter as totally authentic. Stating all would be verified at a trial. Problem, is employer is a client of theirs. It's bad enough I the Plaintiff, are being devalued, by this group.Sadly this is now being stretched out. One must consider that every dollar paid to this group is a dollar NOT available to their clients Three (3) children. Yes it's all my fault the actions of their client equals they are an author of their own misfortune. Sadly its easier to blame someone else rather than look inside.

March 31st, in a Small Claims action, where this group is representing a Convicted Criminal, of a serious violent action against me. A Lawyer within this group, started with a fabricated statement, I immediately called this person out. Stating in open court your speaking with a “Forked Tongue”…I also stated; “Fair is Fair, Right is Right and Honest is Honest that statement was not Honest ” Over the phone you could of heard a pin drop. Now everyone has the right to a vibrant Defence, that is NOT in dispute. However, you would expect that the Legal people involved at very least would be honest. If using the information of their Convicted Criminal client, you would think that the Lawyer would check the credibility of their Convicted Criminal client.
