Could the service in this place be more slow? There were about 20 people ahead of me with 7 counters open and it took 90 minutes to get served. Do the math. That’s about 3 customers an hour per clerk. My transaction took less than 10 minutes. While the person serving was very pleasant, it was obvious most of the staff were marking time. Does no one manage these places and monitor the pace of service? This is what gives government a bad name.

Screening for a number is quick. Slow service thereafter. Not all the counters are not even open. The day I was there, there were 6/14 windows open. Of the 6, 2 were always on a break of some type. You can have all your forms ready and you're still looking at an hour wait minimum. Either go when it just opens or be ready to sit around. Suggest making an appointment online. You can chance walking around the mall but when you're back, you have no way to tell if your number has been called. Though I have seen them allow people who missed their number to get back in line and called before others. Doesn't seem fair. If you need service get in before 3. There's no point thereafter. They won't even let you screen at that point. Free WiFi from the mall but difficult to connect sometimes. Clean waiting area. No TVs. No Radio.

Older security guard in the black sweater is miserable and always angry about something. First time I was there, there was a chair that was at the waiting line for people to sit at, as soon as my wife (who experiences extreme joint and muscle pain) sat down at it, he came over, took it, and put it somewhere that it wasn’t being used. Second time I was there (the next day) saw him yelling at cleaning workers for calling other security on someone because “it wasn’t through him”. On the third occasion (the day after, again) I saw him yelling at someone for providing help to someone else because he wanted to be the one to do it. He’s always “directing” people to the line they were already heading into, even though they already were going there. I don’t think i’ve ever seen him do actual work or his job. Absolutely on a power trip, and makes the environment miserable for everyone else.

This is located inside the Penn Mall, next to Tim Horton's. The transaction was easy and straightforward. I think it would be useful if more of these services were available in other areas as banks will not exchange currency. I would definitely do this again!

VERY short wait to get passport , you also get a priority paper if you are missing a document to come back the next day to skip the line if there is one. Security is super helpful and staff is also helpful as well as knowledgeable… there are reviews on here saying the security is unhelpful while I disagree they are there for a reason and a good one.

Located in the penn centre so if your hungry or wanna go shopping you’re in the right place.

Half the staff are very nice then some are so freaking miserable. Not my fault y'all picked this career if u work in costumer service you should have the personality to do it and not make everyone miserable with you!

Always take 2 hours extra, it's a busy location but service is excellent.

The old security guard is horrible and absolutely should be fired. He starts turning away people at 3:30 sharp no matter whether there are available agents or not (the official close time is 4). He is making up his own rules instead of following the official open hours. Absolutely awful
