If you're looking for customer service the way it used to be. Shuswap Septic went above and beyond anything I ever expected. Several months after he installed my septic tank and started to settle and without question he came out, dug it up and reset it did not charge even though it was the result of underground water. He did not ask for any more money. I'm very pleased with his service. It reminds me of the days when customer service meant something. True to form even his original quote stayed exactly what he quoted. He never once tried to upsell or upcharge me for anything. I highly recommend this company for anybody needing septic service.

I can't get over how clean they kept our yard and how fast the job is getting done. The price was totally reasonable and we're very appreciative of their work.

Steve did my septic back in 2018. He had to put in a type 3 in an extremely tight area which made the installation extremely difficult. He did an excellent job, was extremely thorough and on time. He still services our system today and we enjoy seeing him. He is the BEST!!!
