Paid for the service upfront, of the many options went with these guys because they talked a good talk. Paid for the optional 24-hour results, that was 5 days ago. I followed up 24 hours later, "oh I sent it to you, send me an email to make sure my email is working". They had already sent me 3 emails but no lab results. I again followed up before the weekend, no answer. Monday morning comes and I call, they can't seem to remember who I am, gives me a story about the carrier may not have shipped the sample. Smells the back-end of a bovine. If you pay for expedited 24-hour results why am I the one following up continuously and 5 days later? Absolute poor customer service. Shame on your for even trying to run a business. If your going with this service get everything in writing because their word isn't reliable.

The Regina company travelled out to our farm and was quick to make the appointment. The testing samples for asbestos was a better price than our local company. The reason we chose Got Mold was their excellent customer service. Responded to our emails and phone calls right away and answered our many questions. We were treated with professionalism, and respect. When they arrived to do the sampling they were courteous, and professional. Took precautions for their own health and for ours. They did not do unnecessary samples and they know their stuff. A
nd when he was in the attic doing a test for asbestos he found money that we had stashed away in there years ago!
He came and told us right away about the money! wow that honesty was so much appreciated! If you want an honest company, that is professional and will provide you with outstanding customer services give Regina Got Mold a call.

I recently purchased a house built in the 70's that I need to do some renovations on. Given the year it was built, I contacted James at Got Mold? for asbestos testing. James was friendly, knowledgable and honest about what should get tested and what was safe. The whole experience was great and I'm happy to say the results show no asbestos. Completely worth the peace of mind and I highly recommend their services!

James came out to take samples of suspected asbestos that had fallen out of an open panel in a closet. Right from first contact, he was very professional, took our concerns very seriously and provided information to help us understand our situation and the best way to handle it.
