If you want honest, fair and no nonsense advice - Kevin Marshall is the Lawyer you should call. I had a bad timeshare deal that Kevin got us out of with ONE letter to the company, he got us out of the contract. It felt like being released from hell.. To top it off, Kevin gave us back a part of our retainer - we were so shocked by this gesture. Who ever heard of a lawyer returning part of your retainer?
