AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND PEACE OF MIND. If I could give 0 star, I would! I’ve helped several friends with their applications in the past, and this time I decided to go with Trust because I was too busy to do it myself, big mistake! Communication was awful, and it felt like they either didn’t know what they were doing or just didn’t care. There are definitely better, more professional places out there. I bet most of the 5 stars are their close friends and family members.

I had a really frustrating experience with this immigration agency while they were handling my sister’s visitor visa application to Canada. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
From the beginning, it felt like we were doing most of the work ourselves. The agency didn’t offer much support or guidance, they just gave us basic information that’s already available on the official immigration website. We expected professional advice to help make the application stronger, but that never happened.
Communication was also a big issue. Even though they knew there was a deadline coming up, they stopped responding for three whole days. It was incredibly stressful. And when the application was unfortunately rejected, they just sent the refusal notice through chat, no explanation, no suggestions on what to do next, not even a simple conversation about what went wrong or how to move forward. What made it worse was that right after the refusal, they immediately asked for the remaining balance owed, without offering any real support or care about the outcome.
We ended up requesting the notes ourselves and found out the rejection was due to not having enough funds in her financial statement, something that could have easily been avoided if we’d gotten proper advice from them.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and disorganized. If you care about your application and want real help, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

از تیم تراست برای اینکه کمک کردن تا ورک پرمیت همراه رو دریافت کنم بسیار متشکرم. روند کار خیلی شفاف و سریع بود و هیچ نگرانی‌ای در طول مسیر نداشتم

من میخوام با برنامه اکسپرس انتری به یکی از ایالت های خوب کانادا مهاجرت کنم و این رویام بوده توی چند سال اخیر. خیلی از دوست های من کانادا هستن و خیلی
راضین. دوست دارم بتونم اقامت دائم بگیرم و حتی مادرم رو ببرم پیش خودم یا بتونه برای یک مدت طولانی در سال پیشم باشه تا اون رو هم خوشحال کنم. برای همین
کارم رو با موسسه تراست شروع کردم. تا امروز، اول مشاورهاشون از من اطلاعاتم رو گرفتن و بعد خبر دادن که پروندم رو قبول کردن چون مثل این که باید یه
درصدی موفقیتت قابل پیشبینی باشه. همین اول کار خوشحال شدم چون بهم گفته بودن اگه احتمال موفق شدن پروندم پایین باشه پروندمو قبول نمی کنن. بعد برام توضیح
دادن که مراحل شرکت توی اکسپرس انتری چجوریه و یه چک لیست از مدارک بهم دادن. حتی برای این که چجوری هر مدرک رو بگیرم کامل و با جزئیات برام توضیح
دادن. من الان در مرحله جمع آوری مدارک هستم و تا این لحظه تراست دقیق و پیگیر بوده و هر وقت سوالی داشتم خیلی سریع جوابمو دادن. موسسه هایی مثل این سخت
پیدا میشن.
