Unfortunately, we used this law firm for our condo sale and we’re not happy with them. From the start, it was like pulling teeth trying to get info to find out if the sale went through and monies successfully transferred. Important items were missed and Angie was not easy to deal with, and in the end accused our realtor of not sending her the correct documents (which she has proof she did) which resulted in her not taking our hold back money from the sale proceeds, resulting us having to pay later on… after a bunch of back and forth with our realtor, they tell her that we spoke to them and were happy with their service, which is not true, and a lie. After reading other reviews, this seems to happen often with them. Horrible customer service, do not recommend!

The staff are great and the Spags Team provides an above average consistent level of service. You may pay a couple of hundred dollars more but you get what you pay for!

No I was not paid for this review ... I have known the owner for over 30 yrs and If I ever have a problem on a file I can pick up the phone and call TS if need be to get things done!
