Very disrespectful. I was shocked to be spoken to and treated so badly especially during a time of mourning when my sister died. I was in disbelief

A few years since my first review and I just feel so strong that I needed to give and update and say:

Horrible horrible horrible ....
The experience with LORI CROSSEN was just that bad I still feel these terrible emotions about the experience years later. I The experience was very devastating , I cannot believe the impact the experience of dealing with her had on my family. It was shocking to endure what we did , I still feel sick years later.
I do not and would not recommend Lori Crossen,
