My recent experience with Misner and his law firm was deeply concerning and unnecessarily expensive. I hired them to handle a family estate matter, but unfortunately, the outcome was disappointing. The representation was subpar, costs increased unexpectedly, and eventually, I had to terminate their services and seek assistance elsewhere, incurring even more expenses.

Despite expressing concerns about inaccurate billing and poor communication, I received no satisfactory response. It's troubling that they billed for time even during periods when I was actively raising issues about their lack of communication. After five weeks of unanswered inquiries, I had to make an unannounced visit to their office just to get an update.

Although Misner and his team promised better communication during our meeting, it was short-lived. A few months later, I had to terminate their services due to their failure to adhere to agreed-upon instructions, forcing me to return to Canada while my family's affairs were still unresolved.

Throughout the process, there were unnecessary delays in dealing with the opposing party, crucial documents were not shared with me on multiple occasions, and my lawful instructions were repeatedly ignored. Despite my initial reluctance to terminate their services due to the mounting costs, I felt I had no choice but to seek representation elsewhere.

Overall, my experience with this lawyer and their firm was overwhelmingly negative. They not only failed to provide adequate assistance but also complicated matters further, making the entire process much more difficult to navigate. Based on my ordeal, I strongly advise seeking legal assistance elsewhere.
