Me and my family used them for years, but when divorce can for me they took her side and left me with nothing, horrible law office they only will stick up for person with the most money, I am going against them without a lawyer and winning, lawyer Emma Brown is very dumb don't get her

Dropped the ball 3 times . Seems like they don't care. Had 3 different excuses. Of course acted like it was mistakes yet details were clearly communicated. I won't use them again.

Worst experience with a Lawyers office.
M ,who was supposed to change names on a will,made a bunch of promises to my dying Mother while she was in the Hospital saying she would arrange to visit her there ,or do a video conference signing, as long as my Mother could sign ,which she was able to.I called 2 weeks later ,her Paralegal was on holidays she would call me back,I ended up calling her,she gathered all information necessary ,4 weeks later I called I was told "M's" Assistant was on Holidays,she didn't call back after 2 weeks I called her,she said "My Mothers file was probably at the bottom of "M's email she would call back.
6 weeks later I called again to find out when the arrangements were going to be made, her paralegal called back a week later and said "M"she didn't want anything to do with it".Once they found out my Mother only had a small Life Insurance Policy, no assets, it was only then I was told "M" doesn't want any to do with any of it "
Had to have lots of money ? up front for "J" to do find out how much Credit she owe,even though Lawyer's get paid first from the accounts.
VERY DISRESPECTFUL,
INCONSIDERATE WAY TO TREAT A DYING PERSON.
One of the Secretary's who answers the phone is ABSOLUTELY QUITE A SNOTTY PERSON "WE DON'T GIVE OUT FREE ADVICE "(I wanted to find out if there was anything else I was supposed to be doing )
Even though at the time"I was told they were working on the arrangements "
