I DO NOT recommend, there is a worker who is helping my friend and they’re not doing their job right! Very disappointing…if you’re gonna be a place to help family’s struggling then do it right! Otherwise it’s false advertising the whole concept of it

The person I worked for has been so verbally abusive when I did respite work. And she moved away taken advantage of and I'm still waiting for my last payment it's been over 4 months! I find it was very frustrating when I got assigned to a certain person and all what I got was verbally abused. It was a terrible experience for myself to the point I was in tears.

Yes the service was great to sign up. But the qualifications were beyond frusstrating from what I had to deal with as a worker.
I hope with the next family I get assigned to will be more convenient for myself and kind.
