I was dropped as a client due to a conflict of interest. The lawyer on file did not remove themselves causing irreparable delays to my case.

Extremely rude receptionist on the phone in the Fernie office. Very condescending with answering my questions and made me feel like I was too dumb for their service. Went elsewhere and had amazing service and was told all my questions were normal and common.

Not very impressed. For a legal office it is very disorganized. Lawyer comes in late for appointment, couldn’t find our paperwork at first. Whole process difficult and frustrating.
