I was on the receiving end of a client and the first time I contacted Adlai Law, Ms. Morgan was friendly. She informed me I would receive a call that Friday confirming the date of the serving but the call never happened. I then called and left a voicemail requesting an update but still did not receive a callback. When I tried to call the following Monday, the phone went directly to voicemail, to me this felt as though I was blocked. I then called on a family member’s phone and instantly connected to the receptionist. I then got through again to Ms. Morgan who told me bluntly that I was not her client - which I knew, I was just trying to ensure I would be available to receive documents. I eventually received the documents but I still found it strange that when I called from another number/phone I did not go to voicemail that day.
