Horrible to deal with. I have done a bunch of real estate transactions else where and have never run into this kind of incompetency. They retain 250.00 after closing incase any other fees arrive and when you attempt to get that back emails , calls go unanswered. I should not be surprised as not one of my questions actually got answered in the sale process. We even had a delay in closing by a week that no one told me about, I guess they assume that's not important.... It's a real disappointing experience.
