Cooper Lawyers helped my wife and I close on our forever home, and assisted greatly with the sale of our old home. We worked with James, who was an absolute pleasure. He was insightful, understanding and personable. We had a difficult close on our new home where a few appliances were not in good working order. James was able to help secure some funds from the seller to offset some of the repair costs. We also struggled with our lender, who was very late getting Cooper Law what they needed to close our new home. But James and team worked late to make sure everything got done properly and on time.

Richard Cooper was a a godsend to me when my husband died 5 years ago leaving me with a most difficult estate to settle.
