Started having Kevin prepare and file my taxes for the 2016 year, and have been very happy with the service each year. He is of course extremely busy during the season, so expect a bit of a wait if you call in April, especially if you want an evening appointment. Absolutely to be expected for the service and price, though.

I've gone to Kevin for a few years now to file my taxes. His prices are more than fair and he does a great job overall. The only reason I'm deducting 2 stars is because if you're looking for someone who will ask you probing questions (e.g., do you pay for professional liability insurance? do you have any donation slips? etc.) to make sure you're claiming all the things you have the right to claim- he's not the right fit for you. If you are well-versed in this area and don't need someone to guide you- he's your man. If you're someone looking for some guidance, I respectfully recommend you go elsewhere.

We've had our taxes done by Kevin for the past 12 years at least, and we can indeed highly recommend K W Income Tax Services. His service is very affordable, and it takes less than 15 minutes to complete for both my wife and me. Once done, he e-files our returns and we usually get our refunds within 10 days to 2 weeks. He also gives us a complete set of copies. Kevin is also very honest, and the software he uses is obviously tops since we never got the CRA coming back to us due to an error. All you need to do is bring ALL your T-4s, etc... Kevin has always been very professional and efficient! Highly recommended, without reservations!
