To anyone who is looking to complete a spousal sponsorship application, I would sincerely recommend you visit Robert Young. My husband and I went to many consultations with various lawyer's around the Toronto and Hamilton area in the search for someone who could assist us with a complex spousal sponsorship case. I can honestly say that Robert Young is the most professional, trustworthy, and honest lawyer I have ever come across. Mr. Young and his staff worked diligently to ensure that my application was impeccably organized and detailed before being submitted. As we waited for immigration to process the application Mr. Young was always in touch with updates. Our application recently finished processing without a single problem because Mr. Young is well-educated around the complex, ever-changing system that the immigration process is.

I urge anyone to please contact Mr. Young if they want their application to be successful. I say this from the bottom of my heart.. had I not visited Robert Young one week before my wedding, I strongly believe my application outcome would have been completely different. I visited a lawyer previous to Robert who gave me some terrible advice that I was willing to believe. Robert explained to me that should I take the advice this person had given me, my application would be in great danger. After learning everything that I know today about the immigration process I can honestly say this as a fact: had I went ahead and took that advice from the previous lawyer, my husband would not be a permanent resident today. It is thanks to Robert Young that our application was accepted.

**On a side note, I can say from personal experience that Mr. Young and his staff will return your emails and calls in a very timely manner. I never waited more than 24 hours to receive a call or email.

Robert Young and his assistant Andrea are in touch with you with calls and e-mails upon e-mails for payments.. once they have that money.. trying to reach Robert Young if you have a concern or question in regards to your case is next to impossible. In Andrea's words, "he's unavailable at the moment.. would you like his voice mail?" Don't bother.. he's not going to call you back.. doesn't matter the urgency of your case.. he's ALWAYS unavailable. If I'M paying YOU thousands of dollars I expect to be treated better then this.. I didn't pay you almost $10,000 to be ignored or have my case screwed over because you can't be bothered to talk to me or call me back. Absurd service.
