I found Laura at what I would refer to as my darkest hour. I was in crisis, something I had never really experienced before. Once I made contact, I felt like she moved mountains to connect with me and assess my needs. I was heard, I felt understood and she asked me the tough questions I may have been avoiding and neglecting to answer. Then it began. Laura gave me the tools I needed to present clarity in my life and to dig in and start the work for myself. What I initially thought was my reason for reaching out, quickly shifted.
