I worked with Lindsey Mazza on a contract earlier this year. During the calls I had with Lindsey I found her to be very sharp, I always learned something from our discussions.

Otherwise, working with her and the firm to create a contract was well below my expectations for anyone that works in processional services. I ended my relationship with this firm before the contract was complete as my experience working with Lindsey and her team wasn't worth continuing.

Based on my experience, my recommendation would be to choose a different firm to work with.

As an owner of a commercial building I had 2 separate tenants that each were in rent arrears for approximately $20,000 each . I called this firm to arrange progressing forward to recover the funds . They took my information and the two delinquent tenants information . Later that day I got a call that they were not interested in taking on either of these two delinquent accounts ? When I asked why they would not take on either of these two delinquent accounts , and if there was a conflict of interest , they did not have the courtesy of giving me a reason why . In my opinion contacting them was a total waste of time - I personally would not recommend them
