This was my first time getting my teeth cleaned in Canada, and I was a bit unsure and nervous about the process. However, the team at Ridgetown Family Dental made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly gentle yet thorough, taking the time to explain each step, which really helped calm my nerves. They not only cleaned my teeth but also took the time to assess the overall well-being of my teeth and gums, which I really appreciated. The equipment was modern and clean, and everyone was so friendly and professional. The hygienist was wonderful! She noticed i was having pain, and offered numbing gel for the remainder of my cleaning. This is the first time I have been pain free during routine cleaning! The dentist was very knowledgeable and kind. I will be happy to come back!

Ridgetown dental is an amazing practice! All their staff are friendly, welcoming, and informative. I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Peter and he is an honest, educated professional. He clearly describes any treatment plan start to finish and all possible outcomes. He uses visuals to help me understand, and he is very honest about the procedures and describing what I should expect. I tend to get extremely stressed about any dental work, mostly because of past negative expierences in my search for the best fit for my dental care. Ridgetown dental offers exceptional care and a quiet friendly enviroment. Their hygienist are awesome and clean efficently and gently. Bonus, they don't talk your ear off or ask random questions while nuckle deep with a pic in your mouth. Sarah is usually at the front desk, her energy and smile are calm and infectious. I leave my worries at the door when I visit because I know I am appreciated and understood. I highly recommend Ridgetown dental wether you are seeking long term professional care or just a second opinion. You will be welcomed, understood, and informed!

First visit was great. Very friendly, professional & understanding. I decided to give them a try from the reviews of others & I wasn't disappointed.
They respect your decisions, (even if they don't agree 100%) & do what they can to accomplish the end goal.
These folks actually care about thier clients & it shows in how they treat everyone who comes through the door & while your getting any work done.
I also like that I didn't have to wait too long for an appointment or in the waiting room.

I've been meaning to make this review since January. I went here out of an emergency due to having a decaying molar that could not be removed by another dentist office. I got referred here and I'm grateful for it. The receptionist was friendly and kind, as were the assistants. The waiting area, small it may be, is still spacious enough for the traffic they get through here. The office looks lovely and is decorated in a way to help (try) to keep those with anxiety/fear for dental work as minimal as possible. When finally called in, the assistant was informative and knowledgeable with her position, along with being effective in the setup with clients. Efficiently got through photos and other minor duties before the procedure. As for the dentist, Doctor Mike was a wonderful man. He was friendly, funny and professional at his profession. He made sure to have his patient in a calm mind state, along with ensuring that any anesthesia administered was working properly before continuing. He was able to extract the decayed tooth quickly, with only a slight hiccup of a broken tooth shard staying behind in the gums, which is something they cannot be held accountable for due to the state of the tooth. I am slightly embarrassed I let my tooth get so bad, but I'm glad Ridgetown Dental was there to help. Keep up the wonderful work!

Had the best experience ever taking my 4 year old in there this morning! He got a tooth pulled and the staff were incredibly sweet and amazing with him! He even got to pick some cartoons and a toy from the treasure chest at the end which made his day! ? they made him feel like a total champion and a big boy today! ?
