They handled the job very professionally and were always responsive to all my questions even after working hours. Ziba also handles the legal work in our business. This is my second home that I have purchased, so I'm happy to compare experiences. I am extremely happy with the pricing and representation I received. I was quoted a price that was much cheaper then other lawyers in the area. I was worried that there would be some hidden charges and I would have to pay more, as the pricing I recieved was far more competitive then i have seen in Ottawa. I was happy to see that the quote that was much lower then my last closing and cheaper then the 3 quotes I got for the house we just bought, was honoured. All and all Ziba and Sammy, the 2 people I dealt with, made the process super simple and informative, and finally I dealt with a lawyer who's charges didnt change from the initial quote. Thank you Heydarian Law for quoted a price and in the end finishing with that price. Calling them next week to complete my will.

Heydarian closed my first home for me. I was dehumanized, poorly treated, shabily communicated with, I cried in frustration for being brazenly over charged by this firm. I was threatened by Ziba when I initially posted my first experience and asked to take the post off or there'll be consequences. I had to send reminders to get copies of my paperwork sent to me. I have a bitter taste in my mouth anytime I remember how I was treated. What could have been the reason for the poor service and animosity I experienced at Heydarian Law? I would never know. No one deserves such. No one.
