The service I received from Giang Le was exceptional! Not only was she available on a Sunday of a long weekend, but she walked me through the process and I understood everything right away.
I was a bit nervous to have a remote notarization for my documents, but Giang Le's warm personality and professionalism made me feel at ease.

Very disappointed.
I called a day prior to ask if she could print my document, and she confirmed that she can without mentioning any additional fees. When I arrived, I was charged $17 for printing 17 pages at $1 per page, so it cost me $47 for a single seal.
She said that the printing fee is listed on her website, but I wasn't aware of that. She should've disclosed that during our call when I asked about it, but instead she made it sound as if it was free.
If I had known the costs upfront, I could have gone to Staples and paid less than $5.

Response to the owner: Good luck running your business this way. A reasonable business would inform the client of any additional costs beforehand, but you don't know reason yourself. Also, it’s clear that this is a source of profit for you, since your charge 1$ per page.
