I would give 0 stars if I could. While Pamela represented the Respondent in a family law case against my daughter, the Applicant, I believe my review is applicable. Pamela believed her clients egregious and fabricated lies despite my daughter providing proof and evidence in her Conference Brief. Pamela did not see this matter through as the Respondent claimed he had to dismiss her due to "not living up to his expectations". He has since lost his job and has no income, is homeless and has lost his driver's license due to a 2nd DUI charge. He has received an 810 Peace Bond on criminal charges. He now qualifies for Legal Aid for his DUI and family court matters pending and has chosen new lawyers. Pamela saw no concerns in placing children in his care and failed to recognize his addiction, domestic violence and abuse. I would not recommend Pamela Barron in any case involving the best interests of children.

I used Pamela Barron through legal aid and she was never clear with me about options or outcomes. I told her what I wanted and she gave it to me, but, without telling me it was completely useless and unenforceable. Now she has taken away my ability to have full custody of my child while my ex holds my son hostage. She is completely unprofessional in her emails, won't speak to you on the phone. Avoid, especially if you are using legal aid. Maybe if you pay for her services out of your pocket, you get better advice?

DO NOT waste your time and money on this useless lawyer. She doesn’t have any good knowledge and will try and advise you to agree on things and misrepresent the law just to move things forward. She doesn’t look out for you best interest and forgets your files information and you need to repeat or start all over again with her. She even sent me other clients personal information and case briefing information. She is unorganized, lazy. Don’t waste your money. Pamela you’re useless!!!!

Pamela failed to protect the children and failed to act in the children's best interests. She fought to put them into a vehicle with a known drunk driver with a history of DUI charges and assault and domestic violence charges. She failed the children when they feared her client. She is forgetful, ill-informed and ignorant to the process of family court and its values. She failed the children while defending the actions of an active alcoholic, risking the children's lives and saw no issue with it. She is a poor excuse for a family lawyer and children's advocate. She's loud, rude, disrespectful and very condescending towards the other party and then contacted them seeking payment. When she was forced to accept the truth, she withdrew from the case and left the children in limbo. If children are involved, stay far away from Pamela Barron.

I would highly recommend Pamela as your attorney. She is thorough and has great presence snd work ethic ! My divorce finalized in about 6 months after I walked in her door. She taught me a lot about divorce and everyone’s entitlements, obligations and responsibilities.
