Though dealing with the law on any accord can be awfully stressful, I slept easy at night knowing I had Ken Byers on my side. There wasn't a time throughout the length of my case that I couldn't call him with any question or concern, and in doing so he would always be able to keep my mind at ease and have the answers for me that I needed. I would highly recommend Ken Byers.

I was charged with Driving with a Suspended License despite the fact that I was not notified of the supension by the Ministry of Transportation.

Ken was able to negotiate an agreement with the Crown Attorney to allow me to plea to a driving without a license.

This saved my job as I commute 150 kilometres a day with no viable public transit options. A loss of my drivers license would have been catostrophic for my employment.

I had known Ken for some time, but had not worked with him. Ken is a person of strong integrity, character. He also an extremely hard worker.

When I engaged Ken I knew he would find a way to get me a fair settlement.
