Nous a fait un bon travail, mais ne se gêne pas.pour charger des frais excessif. J'avais jamais vu un notaire aussi dispendieux surtout quand tu es le.vendeur et non l acquéreur.

Stay away!! She messed up the transfer of my property to my name when my ex moved out. He tried to buy a condo a year later and the bank wouldn’t let him because he still owned half my house!! It took months for her to get it fixed and a lot of calling and emails on my part to get her to do it.

Fast forward 3 years later I’m selling the house and the new notary found mistakes in the transfer my ex technically still owns 25% of my house!!! She is now refusing to fix the mistake and I have to pay the new notary to do it instead. And they won’t answer me won’t talk to me.

Zero stars. Headache after headache and super unprofessional.

Carmen and her team are amazing! Very happy to have come across them.
Despite the crazy season in the middle of the pandemic, they were able to turn around in a matter of days for a refinancing on my property while I was living out of province. They worked it out with my new banker and got it done extremely quickly. Definitely an asset in any investor’s team or for anyone that needs something done in Montreal but cannot be physically present.
