Mediation process took forever, felt like they made each other fight against each other. The whole process was terrible most of it was done through phone calls or video chat, which made you just feel like a number to them. Tried dropping off documents to their office location during business hours and no one was at the office had to call multiple times to get someone to the office - they’re reason was because they work remotely and you have to make a appointment but yet it says that no where. Save your money don’t go with this company absolutely terrible experience.

Felt like the mediator was biased and repeatedly gave responses to my questions that discouraged me and favoured my wife. Since reviewing with a lawyer it’s clear I was provided with some inaccurate information. I am very disappointed.

I would give 0 stars if possible. My Ex and I had an amicable separation. most of the assets were already decided on. There was a little fine tuning needed but nothing major. After 5 months of going nowhere, our meditator started causing conflict and animosity where there wasn't any before. We were instructed not to speak to each other but the mediator was causing so many problems the divorce was starting to get ugly. After another 3 months and getting lawyers involved I decided to reach out to my ex-wife. A 40 minute conversation got us back to where we were at the start of the process. A month later most issues were resolved, but we still need to finish with lawyers. This service is a complete waste of money. If you have an amicable separation, retain your own counsel. There are many lawyers out there who aren't crooks and offer flat rate settlements. Then at least you know you are being represented. Fairway did not represent either of us. The mediator kept telling me I was giving too much, and advising my ex to ask for more. When it all blew up in her face. She lied and changed her story. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Get a lawyer, it will be faster and cheaper in the long run.

I am very grateful for all the help I received from Jen through the very difficult process of married to separated. She made herself available through every step of the process. Ours was a fairly amicable separation, although there were some not so amicable moments, and Jen kept everything running smoothly. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very supportive. Going through a marriage separation is emotionally charged, complicated, confusing and is a life altering event. It can also be EXPENSIVE! If you and your partner feel you can work "together" and not fight over every small detail, then Fairway is your best bet. Nahannai was amazing to work with. Kind, fair and looking for solutions, not problems. She was always available and easy to talk with. Our legal separation was completed in 4 months and we saved thousands of dollars in legal fees. I loved the Fairway focus on positive parenting plan and the step by step approach to completing the separation process. It was and still is a nasty situation to be in, but at least it was efficient, more budget friendly and we both felt supported and heard.
