If I could give negative stars, I would.
I had a very disappointing experience with Trust Auto Repair due to its owner, Moe. From the start, Moe showed little patience when I tried to explain the issue with my vehicle’s AC. He always seemed rushed, arrogant and uninterested in hearing the full story.
I brought my vehicle in to have the AC cooling issues diagnosed and repaired fully by eliminating the root cause. Moe began the process by filling refrigerant and dye and asked me to return for a follow-up and repair if cooling drops again. When I returned, he identified a leak—but then told me he would not fix it and that I should take my car elsewhere. Upon inquiring why he don’t fix the root cause as my intention was always to fix the AC cooling issues, not to identify the leak. The owner Moe could not give satisfactory answer. I already knew that there was a leak of AC refrigerant but did not know exactly where it is and only a professional mechanic can fix.
This was incredibly frustrating. Moe never informed me upfront that he wouldn’t be able to complete the job. Had I known that, I would have gone directly to a shop that could. Instead, I paid him $400 for labor, refrigerant, and dye filling, only to be told halfway through of the repairing process that I was on my own.
Worse, when I went to other mechanics to repair the leak, they told me they had to start the diagnostic process from scratch to ensure they fully understood and fixed the problem—meaning the money I paid Moe essentially went to waste.
In my opinion, Moe is arrogant, short tempered and unprofessional. I felt misled and stranded midway through the repair process. This experience felt like a SCAM, and I do not recommend Trust Auto Repair to anyone. Look for a shop that’s transparent, reliable, capable and willing to see a job through.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
They squeezed me in Monday to look over the front end of my truck, I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong before putting new tires on. I honestly would have believed them if something was - about every year I have something go (thanks to terrible hwys) - the owner was honest, brought me back to give me peace of mind it had no movement and everything was good.

They scheduled me in the next day to put new tires on my rims. I had 2 sensors that haven't read a thing since November, so I figured they'd busted and brought them 4 tires and 4 sensors. The owner checked my existing ones before replacing the sensors and was able to get all four connected so he recommended keeping old and getting refunded for four new ones.

They truly care about their customers. They don't upcharge or oversell. They're honest quality mechanics. I will always use this shop going forward in Fort Mcmurray.

I just picked my car up from Trust auto. The mechanic is such a nice man and fixed my car in the same day. He also did a flush for free when it was needed for a mistake I made. 100% recommend!!

Moe, the receptionists and the rest of his team are great and hard workers. Moe is honest, helpful and very insightful. He repaired and replaced my car parts as mentioned on their invoice when you get a quote or after a Vehicle Inspection. It was literally done in a day. They put the work in, no BS, honest about the necessary and unnecessary repairs and you and your car's safety. Definitely my now go-to Mechanics in town for sure.

Trust Auto Repair is absolutely the place to go for any car troubles you may encounter! Moe goes above & beyond for his customers and fully explains his work process to make sure you understand and are happy with his plan. Moe is the most trustworthy and genuine guy who i feel confident will keep me safe in a well working vehicle! Not to mention the fact that my vehicle was going to take over 2 hours to fix and i didn’t have a way home, so Moe gave me a ride there & back so i wouldn’t have to wait! such an amazing guy!

Moe has been my trusted mechanic for years and have recommended him many times to other people. One instance last week shows what kind of a guy he is! I was volunteering at a non profit organization who's company van was sent to a local dealership for inspection who said it needed $5000 worth of work to make it road worthy. I took the van to Moe for inspection who found a few minor issues but it was completely roadworthy. Because it was for a nonprofit organization he refused to take any payment for the inspection. People as honest as this are rare these days. There is good reason he's garage is called Trust auto! Thanks for everything Moe.

I had a great experience at Trust Auto Repair. Moe, the owner, is a fantastic and friendly guy who truly cares about his customers. He takes a hands-on approach to his business, personally checking over my vehicle and making sure everything was in top shape. It’s clear he values quality service and customer satisfaction.
