Reached out to the notary group to handle a private sale for us. They told me to email them the documents and that was that. Reached back out to ask them where things were at and they assured me there was plenty of time left in the month and they usually don’t reach back out until 1 week before closing. They sent one email, we responded within 30 minutes of said email with the required documentations. We have called and left 5 voicemails trying to get in touch with someone and get the status of the paperwork. They clearly forgot or took on too much work because they were not on it at all. Received word today that they are refusing to do business with us because we “are not answering calls and emails”. We answered the email immediately and have left countless voicemails. Do not use the notary group. They are unreliable and will try to blame you for their mistakes. I should have own by the terrible reviews. Thanks a lot for messing up the sale, notary group.

The way they double down on their negative reviews says a lot. Zero accountability.

EDIT: Since the owner has responded and taken zero accountability. They sent us one email. That’s it. We responded AND called and left MULTIPLE MESSAGES. The only other email that was sent was when they told us that they were no longer doing business with us. No idea who they confirmed the appointment with because it clearly wasn’t either of us. They clearly just messed up and are failing to take accountability. This is absolutely ridiculous behaviour from a business. I have no reason to write a review without anything but the truth in it. They are trying to cover their mistakes by making it seem like we are in the wrong when none of those things happened. I beg anyone reading this review to take their business elsewhere.

I brought in two power of attorney agreements for signatures. Tim was very helpful in reviewing the attendant obligations and responsibilities with me, and answered my questions knowledgeably. The service was fast, efficient, and very much appreciated.

Went to get a marriage license, came in with the wrong ID (totally my bad) called back about what they would use for proper ID and neither person seemed well informed on what I could use. Finally found something they would accept and then they told me they were closed for an hour and a half for lunch and probably wouldnt have time after..... Overall they were quite short and rude with me as well but they mentioned being short staffed as a bug was going through the office. Still 1 star do not recommend go somewhere

Poor communication, used in past real estate transaction, would not recommend anymore. Receptionist hung up on me for asking who the handles the financials so we could receive our fund after nearly 8 months of them holding them. 3 emails later no answer.

I wish I had paid attention to the poor reviews. No personal contact until signing. No customer service. No explanation of the process. Poor communication. Held back part of our payment for far too long without explanation. The one star I gave is for the receptionist. She was friendly..

I generally leave positive reviews….but cannot with this company. Professionalism is absent with outrageous costs for simple services. Obvious business model is to “act very important” and take advantage of vulnerable people. Suggest choosing another notary company.

I’m sorry to have wasted time coming here. I needed an ID verification done for my lawyer. The receptionist on the phone estimated $300 so that I can have the “legal advice of what I’m signing can be explained to me.” I would think my own layer is more knowledgeable about the paperwork I need to sign. I drove from Peachland with a kid just to be told that I need two government pieces of ID. I wasn’t told that beforehand (obviously, I wouldn’t have driven for 1.5 hours in traffic without it). The receptionist condescendingly said “we tell everyone that before they come”. Pretty disappointed with the service here. I wish I would have read the reviewers before even phoning.
