Thank you both so much for helping me close the purchase of my home - even though I had last minute issues on the day of.
Your team really impressed me with how fast you prepared all of the closing documents and registrations... three business days from the day my contract went firm. I work in sales and contract admin for a builder, and that's pretty much unheard of.
In addition, you were able to work with the mad scramble to get approval for my i.d. without delaying closing.
