Going through some very personal, private and sensitive issues, only to have this company send the documents to the wrong address!!!! Now everyone and their brother know what is transpiring. Coming from a very small community, this has made me cry. Unacceptable, especially coming from a “lawyers” office!! So what do I do? Sue them🤣🤣🤣

Very disappointing experience with Fulton & Company LLP. They claimed they were "at capacity" only after I provided detailed information about my case. If they couldn’t take new clients, they should’ve been honest upfront. It feels like an excuse, not the truth. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

I was in a bind and Ms. Heather Lloyd was there to get me an equal parenting agreement after my spouse removed my son from the home. I found her to be very knowledgeable of Family Law principles. Lavish offices and they stay at the best hotels but I did not feel that I received much value. They charged us a fortune and the relatively simple estate litigation did not even go before a judge. I felt as though Lyle just wanted us to settle in mediation so they can cover their payroll for the year and not have to work much for it, it seems. I didn't get any sense that Lyle was actually advocating for us, just sat on his laurels and postured. I think he could have cut the bill in half but was content to watch us flounder. No really good advice offered and for as long as they've been in business I think they could have made things a lot easier for us by giving us some at the onset. That would not have been in their best interest though. For this reason I would not use them again. The staff were pretty good, and responsive.
