They do not return calls. Bought a clothes steaming iron from them, they could not find it and told me I would be refunded the cost of the item. No refund. Reminded them the next time I was in, they said it would be refunded, still no refund. Bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses that were "used". The finish was completely peeling off the frames yet the original stickers were still on the lenses. I was told they were "used", the boss was not there and they would call me back after talking to the boss. No call... This week they could not find my water distiller and told me to come back and they will have it. I told them to refund the distiller and they assured me they would find it, doubt it... UPDATE they did find the distiller.
They ask you to make an appointment for pickup. I made an appointment for the second day after auction close at 11:15am. I didn't leave until their store until 12:30pm. They take people walking in without appointments before even dealing with the people with appointments.
Not to mention most of the stuff is damaged or missing parts.
Then there are the people that park right in front of the only door to pickup their items so you can't even get past with a cart.

Auction description was not accurate. These guys do not check items properly. I got the item with a dent and also the lid was not working properly, none of this was mentioned in the auction. I paid 45 only for shipping. When I talked to Venkata Thumma he told is ok he will refund the money, 2 weeks later I went to the amaze auction office and the guy told me I only had 1 week to return it. This was not mentioned when I called him and emailed him. Stay away these guys, the description auction is not accurate and basically this becomes a scam. Now I got a useless item after paying almost the same price as brand new one. They do not have basic Canadian policies at all. It looks like they follow foreign customers policies.

I purchased some items on the weekend in an auction and picked them up today. This company makes appointment times in 5 minute increments, but it took over half an hour to get my items. It was very unorganized and they don't gather the items ahead of time like most auctions I have experienced do. One of my items ended up being missing so I requested a refund, which they provided (thank you). If you see 5 star reviews on here, it is likely because they have a paper posted in their building offering a $10 credit to anyone who gives them a 5 star review. I was definitely disappointed in this experience.

Horrible Customer Service. I messaged them 20 times about if the mouse I bought came with the dongle (G Pro Superlight) which I didn't get a reply for. On the bidding page it didnt list anything that was missing, only saying *SIMILAR PRODUCT* *MINOR WEAR* in the bio. I went to go pick it up and turns out it just came with the mouse. When I questioned them about it they said they would give me a refund. 3 days go by and I call them and as soon as they pick up, 10 minutes later they give the refund. Made me waste 50 minutes to go pick it up then make me call them just to get my refund. DO NOT BUY

Liars and cheats. Spent close to $2000 on a video card where the core and VRAM have been taken out of it, making the card worthless. Kind of like buying a car and finding out there's no engine. You would figure maybe they would do the right thing but refused to refund anything and refuse to answer my emails. Stay away from these ruthless scammers.

Have used many times, generally fine. They ask for reviews on door had not got around to it. Till I had an issue. Lot wasn't described well. Asked to return they listed as is and declined said I can email the owner, I did that and have not had a reply. So over all ok but don't expect great support if things arnt good. Other reviews seem to be simular.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star but since there is no option of zero.
We won a rug which was listed as 9 feet x 12 feet
After winning, we called as in the picture it looked smaller, so we called them to confirm this but they said they will email us to confirm. No email after a couple of days and we did not want to miss the pick up window, drove 40 minutes to their location to find out the rug was 4 feet x 6 feet !!!
How can someone mistake a 4 x 6 by 9 x 12 ? It is beyond me. Wasted almost 2 hours of my day. They seem extremely unorganized with no regard for customer service.

Do you think it is acceptable to change the duration of the auction after it has started and has active bids? I bid on tonight's auction aug13 days ago. Getting ready to watch the auction live and it's now dated the 14th. I would think everyone else who bid is not too happy either. I've spent just over $1000 buying 50+ lots the last 2 auctions on forwell rd. I had high hopes for this business but damn this seems shady.
