Confidentiality was an important aspect of the services offered to us. Many of our documents had to be transmitted via the web. Corey engaged a secured app which allowed us to send him our documents in a secured format.
He was very meticulous in preparing our documents and he never uploaded any without allowing us to go through it first. Again, no question was left unanswered. He was also very apprised of what is happening in the Immigration system. So, he knew when and what was to be done and made sure we were in the groove of what we needed to.
Many people are concerned about the fees to access these kinds of services. We felt that the fees charged by Corey was reasonable for the services rendered. The fees were timely and when it was the largest amount, he offered a payment plan. He also accepted credit or debit cards, unlike some places where you had to have cash to access their services.
Corey worked with us right to the end of the process. He went as far as to check the documents after receiving our PR to make sure we had what we needed and also gave us parting advice about our documentation.
If I had to do this process again, I would use Lelliott Immigration Law. If I know anyone who needs this kind of assistance, I would recommend Lelliott Immigration Law services 100 %. I received value for money and a personal touch that made a big difference in our lives.
