They have had my income tax since January, said it complicated and could take 43 weeks....I would not have a job if it took me 43 weeks to do it. I do understand that there are numerous people looking for help, if you can't keep up with the customer service hire more people. 43 weeks is utterly ridiculous, every time I call I get a different answer. All CS can tell me is "it's in processing" well call processing, NOPE the can't do that. Submitted RC193 and of course the famous 30 business day time frame is in effect. Submitted information to the Taxation Ombudsmen, lets see how that goes.

They were sent me a notice of collection saying I didn't pay my taxes when in fact, I did. After calling, the burden is now upon me to write a letter along with supporting documentation (my only option apparently) and pay postage to prove that they already have the money that I paid them through a bank.

Phone system does not work. Literally goes in a loop. Hit 1, then hit 2, then automatically puts me back at the main menu, there's no way out. How to do I get my account reactivated so I can update my info if there is no option to talk to someone and the recording and website both say I need to talk to someone.

This morning was a waste. Revenu Canada has not sent a notice of assessment to me for several years. I tried to fix that and was told that I have resolve this in person. We went to one Revenu Canada office and it is closed. The site supervisor said to Google it and find where we were tto be. I told him that I did and this is the address I found. Nadine and I went to another federal building and found nobody there. Some people in thee lobby were concerned about how I walked through 2 secure entrance doors to get in the building.
They said where we were to go. We went there, but the building is closed to the public. I was given a phone number to call where i would find caring and sympathetic people. NAAAAHHHH

Garbage service, it appears to be temporary closed for the past 3 years. If you phone it just keeps saying "all our representatives are busy right now" and that is just a lie. They just don't answer the phone to try and frustrate you enough to try using online service

Dated my assessment 10 days in the future (delaying payment), told me I had already been paid by HR Block which is a lie.
This money has been owed to me for 9 months and if it was the other way around, I'd be paying interest after 1 day.

I have lost my income tax documents and don't know my income on line 150 of any of my previous returns. I have all my ID but I can't get onto my CRA account. I call and they say they can't help me unless I can have that information from previous tax years. I can't even go into anywhere and get a person to help me because there is no such service. Like why not They should have in person services for some people who don't know how to navigate the system!!!

I have no issues with the actual representatives. They can only do so much. Not their fault PAPERWORK GETS MIS-HANDLED AND LOST! Been 6 months now to resolve a simple issue.
