I have been teaching yoga at the Peterborough yoga and wellness studio since I completed my training in 2020. This studio is not just a close and inclusive community, it feels like a family.
Here, you can enjoy many types of yoga for every level, age and ability.
There is also special events, such as glow yoga, metal yoga, kids and family yoga, outdoor yoga during warmer months. I hope to be guiding classes for many years to come.

I love Hot Yoga Peterborough for many reasons. First of all, I am so grateful to the owner, Laura for leading such a wonderful teacher training that allowed me to reach so many personal goals. Laura is fabulous and the program allowed me to grow so much professionally and personally. I love taking the time to develop my own practice at the studio as well. The studio is warm, loving and the classes are run so well with great sequencing. I wish I lived closer to go all the time!

Hot Yoga Peterborough is such a great warm space to come and let go. Laura and staff are so great and friendly. My mood is always boosted the moment I step into the studio. I took my yoga teacher training here and graduated December 2015. Great foundations were set on the path to becoming a yoga teacher. Keep up the amazing energy and work Laura and team!

The best studio in town! Kierstin and Amanda are both amazing yoga teachers themselves, but they have also created a studio/business with an awesome schedule, welcoming environment and lots of opportunity to explore yoga from beginner to not beginner 🙂 I love to practice here!!

Best Yoga studio in Peterborough! We travel here all the time for classes. The instructors are amazing and the practice rooms are filled with natural light. You get to watch the seaons change as you practice which connects all of us more to nature and our natural rhythms. Everyone must go here!

There aren't many places you can call home, but Hot Yoga Peterborough is just that to so many unique people within the Peterborough community. This family welcomes everyone in with open arms and a big smile on their faces, the instructors know you by name, the students want to hear your story and what brought you to yoga. I started my hot yoga journey over 3 years ago and I've never looked back since, it's my happy place and I'm thankful to have found my second home.

This lovely east-city studio has been my yoga home for the past three years. Even during lockdown classes resumed online, and the instructors/owners continued to do regualr check-ins with members. Owners are caring, attentive, and provide many yoga options ranging from virtual, outdoor, hot, and room temperature classes. They have a diverse range of yoga instructors who cater to all ages and abilities. Highly Recommend!
